What kind of machining operations you support?
We can also provide precision CNC cutting, drilling, chamfering, internal and exterior diameter grinding and tough profile slotting services to satisfy many requests for customization.
How to prevent delamination or edge chipping while machining?
We use diamond coated special tools and bespoke fixtures together with the optimisation of the cut parameters (spindle speed, feed rate) to provide clean and burr free cut edges.
What are the drawings format requirements?
We accept .STEP, .IGES or .DXF files. If there are particular requirements for structural strength, please clearly state ply orientation and crucial tolerances.
What is the machinable precision (tolerance)?
We usually work to a tolerance of +/ -0.1mm. We provide customized process optimization solutions for projects requiring high precision.
Is post machining treatment necessary to be specific?
Yes. We professionally remove dust and also can apply edge seal treatments if needed to prevent moisture absorption and delamination, helping ensure structural stability.
