Carbon fiber tubes can be rolled, wound, etc. The product performance of carbon fiber tubes has a great relationship with the production process, and the cost is different with different processes.

During the production process, we will control every step to prevent faults, splits, folds, bulges, etc., which are basically caused by the fact that the carbon fiber prepreg is not compacted during rolling. The prepregs are relatively loose when laying up layers. If there is air between the layers during rolling and molding, the prepregs will not be compacted tightly, which will lead to delamination of the carbon fiber prepregs and a decrease in the mechanical properties of the product. It should be noted that the layers should not be loose when laying layers, especially when the layers of circular pipes with relatively thick wall thickness are rolled, it needs to be compacted after laying several layers.
The carbon fiber round tube needs to be made with the help of a mold when it is rolled into shape, so the requirements for the size and hardness of the mold are relatively high. If the customer has high requirements for the outer diameter, we also need to control the accuracy of the outer diameter well. After the carbon fiber round tube is rolled, the tube must be polished to a certain extent to meet the customer’s requirements.

The quality of carbon fiber tubes produced by different processes and different experience technologies is not the same.
