It should be noted that the layers should not be loose when laying layers, especially when the layers of circular pipes with relatively thick wall thickness are rolled, it needs to be compacted after laying several layers.
The carbon fiber round tube needs to be made with the help of a mold when it is rolled into shape, so the requirements for the size and hardness of the mold are relatively high. If the customer has high requirements for the outer diameter, we also need to control the accuracy of the outer diameter well. After the carbon fiber round tube is rolled, the tube must be polished to a certain extent to meet the customer’s requirements.
