1. 360° milling of tubes
Our 5 axis CNC machines are capable of 360 degree rotational machining of carbon fibre tubes and sheets with unique round holes, oval slots, open slots, countersunk holes and rotating drilling patterns. If your structural design requires unequal hole positions or multi-angle slots, all precision cutting is done in-house – saving cross-factory processing errors and excessive transportation expenditures. This is a great service to make frames for outdoor gear, connectors for gear and carbon fibre parts for musical instruments.
2. Finishing Services
We provide a full range of surface finishing services for all carbon fibre goods including sanding, oiling and painting. The carbon blanks can be fine sanded to remove any burrs and sharp edges and bespoke painting and oil finishes can give matte, gloss or textured surfaces to suit your brand standards. These finishes contribute to the tactile quality of the product and provide corrosion resistance, increasing the perceived value and premium positioning of your consumer items.
3. Assembly Services
We assemble nuts, press-fit nuts into carbon sheets, match custom accessories, attach components and apply industrial glue in our workshop. Save on internal assembly labour expenses with our integrated assembly solutions All metal or plastic fittings are pre-installed on the carbon foundation before shipping. So you get partially built products, ready for your final packing process. This is a step that makes your downstream production workflow much easier.
4. Logo Services
We provide a broad spectrum of permanent and optional marking alternatives for your private labelling requirements: screen printing, laser engraving, UV printing, water transfer decals and recessed engraving with paint filling. We have flexible branding procedures that are suitable for small batch personalised gifts (i.e. carbon fibre rulers, bracelets) and large scale industrial equipment branding. This gives you a distinct brand identity on all your finished carbon fibre products above employing outside third party printing vendors.
5. Packing Services
We provide custom packaging for bulk and SKU specific batches such as individual item packaging, bulk repacking, bespoke gift box packaging and private label sticker printing. All sorting, repacking and labelling is done before despatch, so once your goods have cleared customs they may go right into store shelves, saving you the expense of investment and manpower in local packaging facilities.
